  • If you are unsure of the fault or you have attempted an unsuccessful repair, we can offer you an iPhone 6 Plus diagnostic service. Please be aware diagnostics take longer than usual repairs as our trained technicians take extra time to look at every element of the device and check for faulty parts.
  • Please note, this is not a repair but a diagnostic service. Once or skilled technicians have cleaned and sterilised your iPhone 6 Plus, we will then contact you regarding the faults.
  • If it is repairable, we will let you know which repairs will need to be carried out in order to get your iPhone 6 Plus back to full working order. If you choose to continue with one of our repairs, the diagnostic service service fee will be refunded to you.
  • For extra safety, please back up your device before sending it to us.

  • Can I drop my phone into your shop myself?

    Yes, you're able to drop your iPhone 6 Plus into us for a diagnostic service. 

  • Do I have to pay to send my device to you?

    We offer free delivery to us, and back to you on all repairs (UK only). When you complete the order for this iPhone 6 Plus diagnostic service online, you will be emailed a free postage label for you to attach to your parcel and take to the post office. Please keep the receipt they give you safe, as this has your tracking number on it.
