Prepping Your Device

Before you send your device off to be repaired, we advise you remove any pins or passwords, as this will slow down our repair service, if we need to obtain pass codes, alternately, tell us your password / pin code in the notes section during the checkout process. Also, please back up all your data before the phone is sent to us, as we will not be held liable if a factory reset is required to carry out the repair. If you prefer to just tell us the password over the phone or you would like to take the sim card out before sending, this is fine. For more help on how to pack your device, please click here.
