Coronavirus Statement

We understand the questions you might have around how COVID-19 may affect any orders or queries you may have with us here at Quick Mobile Fix. We thought it would be a good idea to create somewhere dedicated on our website so that you can get all the latest information and advice regarding COVID-19 in one easy place.


We’d like to fill you in on the steps we’re taking at QMF in these rather odd times and that regardless of the challenges faced, we aim to still provide you with a fantastic experience in an uncertain environment.

Are you still open?
Yes, indeed we are - we’ve taken precautions and have encouraged staff to work from home when available. But all is operating as normal.

 

Will the delivery be affected?

Most orders will be shipped within our timeframes. If you experience a delay with your order please bear with us during this time and contact our customer service team for updates or use the online order  tracker

 

Is there still support?

Yes, absolutely - our customer service team has not been affected by the outbreak and shall continue to reply to your queries as quickly as possible.

 

What of Returns?

We are still accepting returns but the processing times for returned items may be longer due to safe distance working measures. If you experience a delay with your order please bear with us during this time and contact our customer service team for updates


What can you do to combat COVID-19?

We also want to take this opportunity to recommend some precautions you can take at home in order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

  • Continue to wash your hands with soap regularly
  • Clean your current device at least two times a day
  • Use antibacterial wipes or alcohol-based cleaners

However, we must say to avoid allowing liquid anywhere near the speaker, charging & headphone ports to avoid liquid damage of your device.

What steps have we taken?

The health and safety of our staff is always paramount and as the challenges of COVID-19 surface, we have ensured that steps are in place to continue providing a safe working environment for all our employees. We’ve taken many steps over the past few weeks but we’d like to share a few more that have been implemented recently.

  • Encouraging staff to self-isolate for at least 7 days if symptoms show
  • The opportunity to work from home is available
  • Regular reminders to keep hands clean and wash with antibacterial soap

In conjunction to this, we already have strict regulations in place to ensure all of our devices are cleaned and tested - however, we have increased emphasis on this process to ensure all our devices are in tip-top condition.
