Where is my order? Why aren’t you responding to my emails? Why aren’t your phone lines working?

These are questions we are asked frequently and they warrant a response. Some of you have been trying to get in contact with us the past few weeks in regards to the status of your order and general queries and have had some difficulty getting through to our customer support team.

We thought we’d clearly explain as to why that may be.

Recently, we were experiencing some rather annoying IT technical issues which means that our customer support team weren’t receiving your emails and questions effectively leading to long delays in responses.

As of yesterday evening, we believe this issue has now been resolved - so if you have emailed us with no response, please follow up your previous email with a reply and one of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

But what about the support phone number? Why haven’t I been able to contact you?

Put simply, our phone lines are busy which may lead to issues getting through to one of our team - We have taken steps to expand our phone line capacity and effectiveness in the future, allowing more and more of you to speak to one of our customer support team members.
We currently suggest contacting us via email at where one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our goal going forward is better transparency between you, the customer and Quick Mobile Fix.
