The UK's Least Complained About Network is Tesco Mobile
When we think about networks providers, our initial thoughts immediately jump to the mainstream names we’re so used to hearing and seeing on our screens, in the streets and in the newspaper on the seat next to you on the way to work. But what if I told you that one of the least complained about networks in the UK is currently Tesco?

Even though Tesco can proudly say that they are one of the best at keeping us lot happy and content, Virgin Media can’t. Virgin knocked BT off the slightly less glamorous spot of ‘The country’s most complained about network’ - not something I imagine you’ll be seeing in a trophy cabinet anytime soon…

Incredibly, between January and March of 2018, Tesco Mobile only received 1 complaint for every 100,000 people by Ofcom - that’s a mind blowing figure! Close runner ups were O2 with 2 complaints as well as both EE and Three receiving 3 complaints.
“It’s frustrating enough when things go wrong, without having to put up with poor customer service as well,” said Jane Rumble, Ofcom director of consumer policy. “So it’s encouraging to see complaint numbers falling in some areas, and we want to see this continue. Anyone fed up with their provider can easily shop around and see if there’s a better service out there for them.”
Virgin Media’s figures are a little different. For every 100,000 people, Ofcom received 11 complaints for the multimedia giant, beating Vodafone and BT.
