How To Use Quick Mobile Fix

If your mobile device has an issue, look no further. For Quick Mobile Fix there’s no problem too big or too small we can’t help you with. Booking A Repair

Hover over the repairs option, found at the top of the website in blue, which will present an extensive list of all the different devices we repair. Simply look carefully to find the device you need us to repair.

 You can also click on the repair option found at the top of the website in blue and you will see the screen below, from here you can pick the mobile device you have that requires a repair.

Alternatively you can use the grey search bar, which is be present at all times on the top right of the website, to find the exact thing you are looking for. (example: iPhone 6 screen repair)

Once you have found and clicked on the appropriate mobile device, you will be presented with a list of repairs available for the device.

Find the one you need and either hover over the icon or click the text to find out more, or you can just click 'Add Repair' to add it to your basket straight away. If you do click on the repair, not only will you find more information about the repair itself, but there is an FAQ section as well as some customer reviews and additional information.

If you aren't sure what the problem is then you can add a diagnostic repair, which means that our technicians will take apart the device and determine what is causing the device to be faulty. You will be provided with a report and asked if you wish to go ahead with the necessary repairs.

Sending Your Device

Once you have proceeded to checkout you will be presented options, you can either add extra protective packaging, which does require an additional fee, or you can just use our free postage label. Protective packaging will include a QMF box, a bubble wrap sleeve for the device and two padded envelopes.

You will also be required to read and agree to our terms and conditions so please make sure you do look at these before proceeding.

You do have the option to choose your own courier service, if you select this option then you will need to arrange it yourself, once this is delivered to us we will make notes of this on the repair tracker

Bringing Your Device

We also offer a drop off service for local customers, you can find more about where we are based and how to use this service here. This service does require you to book an appointment with us.

You can add an additional express service with this, which costs £19.99 extra and also requires appointment, but this means that your device will be repaired and ready for you to collect within an hour, or the next day if you prefer.

We always aim to repair your device and ship it back to you as quickly as possible. As mentioned you can book an express service, if you are wanting to use this service but not drop off then it is still an additional £19.99, and your device will be repaired and dispatched the day we receive it.

You can also purchase high quality refurbished devices, mobile phone cases and other accessories in our online shop.

Simply go to the 'Shop' tab at the top of the website and select which products you would like to browse. You can click on a product title at any time, for more detailed information.

We have a series of filters you can apply to narrow down the search for your required purchase. At the top of each collection page and down the side you can choose from make, model and colour. Also, there is a little blue filter to the right of the page which includes best selling, alphabetical, price (lowest to highest or vice versa) and newly added.

Once you have found your ideal purchase simply add it to your basket and either continue shopping, or proceed to checkout as above. 

To view the items in your basket at any time just click the little shopping trolley icon in the top right of the website, shown below.

When you click to go to checkout you may be offered additional purchases, such as chargers or cases, for the particular device in your basket.

Delivery will, again, be completely free, all items are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours using next day delivery; so you will receive your shopping as soon as possible!

Please note, for security reasons, if you are buying a mobile phone using credit or debit card, it can ONLY be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment card.


Tracking Your Order

Once you have purchased, either something from the shop or a repair, you can track your order every step of the way using our repair tracker. Just enter your email address and the order ID, that can be found on your confirmation email from us, to log in and view your order progress. You can now download our free app to track your order.

Loyalty Rewards Program


We also offer our customers a loyalty points reward scheme, simply create an account to earn points on each purchase. When you have enough points you can use them against a purchase for a fantastic discount. For more information on our loyalty points scheme click here. You can find the rewards tab on the bottom left of any page on our website, and when you click you will be presented with a dialog box (as below) where you can then log in or make an account.

Mobile Phone Customisation Service

We now also offer a customisation service for your device. This enables you to change the appearance of your mobile device completely, using our personalisation studio here. Or click the 'Customise' tab found at the top of our website, at any time. Simply choose which device you have, pick the colour you want it to be and let us do the rest.
