How To Send Your Device Using Quick Mobile Fix

When booking in a repair with Quick Mobile Fix please make sure you follow these steps: 


Step 1 - Select the repair your require. (Here's the current list of repair services we provide.)


Step 2 - When your happy with your order, proceed to checkout.


Step 3 - Decide if you would like to use our rental phone service or not. 


Step 4 - Pay for the repair. (We take all major debit / credit cards and PayPal)


Step 5 - Choose Collection/Delivery Method - 


Currently you have 4 different options on how to send your device to Quick Mobile Fix.


Option 1 - Use Our Free 24 Hour Royal Mail Tracked Service (Pre Paid Both Ways Inc. £500 Insurance)
Once you have selected the correct repair service you require and have paid, you will shortly receive an email from us (please check the spam / junk folder & ensure images are visible), detailing the process with a prepaid Royal Mail label tailored to each customer, with a full tracking number. Simply apply the sticker to a protective envelope/box, fill in the correct information and take to any post office (avoid putting directly in the postbox, as this may cause delays).Please make sure you get a receipt from the Post Office so you can track your parcel. You can use the order number to track your repair by using our order tracker function, which can be found at the bottom of the website.

The process after selection:

Shortly after you pay, you will receive an order confirmation email (from customersupport@quickmobilefix.com) and then an email containing your unique free-post address label, which looks like this -

Option 2 - Your Own Courier Service
If you prefer to send your device using a courier service of your choice, then please select this option. You will be totally responsible for this service and you must inform us of all the details so we can ensure it is collected and processed correctly.Please print off the order confirmation form and send this with your device. Alternately, you could attach a note with your order ID number along with your device. 


Option 3 - Local Drop Off Service 

If your based in the London / Essex area, you can book an appointment and personally bring your phone in to us. If we have enough available slots, it is possible to book an express service, which means you can get your mobile device repaired as you wait. For more information - click here


Option 4 - Protective Packaging and Tracked Label (Extra 1-2 Working Days)

If you prefer, Quick Mobile Fix can send you protective packaging and a tracked label by post for a one off cost of £4.99. This does add on an extra 1 - 2 days to the process, but will save you time looking for good packaging for your mobile device.
