Quick Mobile Fix received a boost to its business from TV Dragons’ Den star Theo Paphitis. On 11th January, Sean Barber, Marketing Director of Quick Mobile Fix tweeted Theo about his business during ‘Small Business Sunday’ an initiative set up by Theo that runs weekly.

Theo re-tweeted the message from Sean and Quick Mobile Fix to his 460,000 followers and as a result the business, which services the whole of the UK, received a number enquiries into its services, from all over the country, as well as gaining a new family on Twitter.

As part of being a Small Business Sunday winner, Quick Mobile Fix will be profiled on Theo’s dedicated Small Business Sunday website (www.theopaphitissbs.com) that is exclusive to Small Business Sunday winners.

Quick Mobile Fix, only launched in July 2014 but has already completed over 3000 repairs. Within a few months of launching, the smart phone repair specialists opened up a walk in centre based in Ilford and the business is already planning on expanding it’s offering following the boost from Theo Paphitis.

Sean Barber commented: “We were absolutely delighted to be chosen by Theo Paphitis as his Small Business Sunday winners. To receive advice and business connections from such a respected gentlemen in retail is an absolute honour. We do service the UK but in reality we are still classed as a small business, so for me, there in no better accolade we could have received at this stage.

“Once the tweet was sent by Theo on Monday night, our social media notifications were going crazy. A really nice touch is all the previous winners have sent their well wishes and have shared their own business tips.”

“Since we were announced as a winner we have received enquiries from all over the UK and we are working on some successful business partnerships moving forward because of the exposure Theo has given us. We can’t thank him enough the boost it has given to the business.”
